Official Summary: “Join the adventure of a young chemist as he travels through the Amazon rainforest in search of a mystical valley thought to have healing powers. Many years later, the same chemist experiences a life altering event that will propel him to revisit the past, find answers to the mysterious present, and search for a path into the ominous future.
This is the first book in a series that will explore a universe full of characters on paths that intersect and weave through time. Each one of them is on a journey to discover their own purpose while uncovering many secrets and adventures along the way.” – Goodreads
Review: You have two sides to the same story, William’s side and then Justin’s side. Both sides don’t know they are trying to find the truth to the same mystery. What really happened to William and why are they trying to hide and cover it up. The rainforest part of the story is only a small part of the past. You don’t really get to know what that part of the story has to do with the rest.
It left very open-ended, just to suck the reader in and make them want to find out more. Find out what really happened to change William so much that now his whole DNA is changing/changed.

Very interesting premise. Nice review.
