Review: This book just added so many more layers to all the characters. It showed a different side to most if not all of the side characters as well as the main character. It showed that the police officers had all built their own little family within their station. I liked how Sharp joined their little outing as well, it showed he cared and that rank isn’t everything. He still one of the guys.
The previous three books all built up to this and I didn’t expect half the stuff that happened. Even from reading the fifth book first in the series, I was caught unawares with a few things. The Author also went a bit darker with this book just to show how purely evil the bad guys were in this story.
You didn’t see a lot of Adam in this one due to going away but I am so glad the Author added phone calls between them, it showed a great side to their whole relationship.
🙈🙉🙊
