Official Summary: “Tirza goes from the streets to the palace, wearing a beautiful gown, receiving a gentleman caller with a proposal of marriage. It’s all so exciting until the fantasy ends and her pretended sister, Lady Elizabeth reminds her it is all just a game. Sir Mosley is not there for her, for a domestic. No, he’s come to Castle Newland to wed a princess with a large dowry. Tirza is just a fill in, a piece in the hurtful game Elizabeth is playing with all her gentleman callers.
No one planned for what happened next.
Tirza And Her Knight is a classic Cinderella-esque tale of hope and love. For those with young hearts who wish all their dreams would come true.” – Goodreads
Review: I liked how simple this story was done. It was short so it couldn’t have any extra or unneeded fluff, which made the Author focus on what mattered, the story. For so few pages the Author did an amazing job at telling a great story. I like how the Author also made his own story, he kept some key elements, like a princess and a low servant and a knight. Other than that he made it his own.
I did find the monologue of her talking in her head a little confusing. I had to remind myself that she wasn’t talking out loud. Same with other people when they did it. Maybe putting it in italic would have worked better or it was just me.
