Review: This children’s book is for younger children. I just liked how simply it was done. There was no added extra, it had what it needed in order for you to focus on the story. Sometimes too much can just confuse children and make their minds drift.
It also teaches not just children but adults. The squirrel’s name is the key. He has Asperger Syndrome. So this book is also about showing traits of the disorder. It an important lesson without it feeling like a lesson, which is another thing that I think is key in a children’s book.
Awwwww!!!!! I’m fixing to check this out thru Kindle Unlimited. Love that!!

Thank you Laura for taking the time to read and write about Aspy. I’m elated you liked it and thrilled you could see the lessons behind the story. I’m not sure you were aware but It’s fitting the review came in April (Autism Awareness Month).
