(The bookcover for the paperback I got is completely different. Less lovely dovey Christian looking. Which doesn’t really match the book.)

Review: I have classed it as romance as well as sci-fi. It did not feel like a romance at all, though it is a big part of the book. Another thing to bare in mind is the style, the Author has structured most of the book in small paragraphs.

With the main characters being able to move about the way they do, the story jumps a lot. There is no way around this, it how the story has many layers and different storylines happening at the same time. I didn’t find it confusing considering what was going on. The number of different characters and names I did find confusing. About halfway through I gave up trying to keep track of who was who when more characters were added. I am dyslexic so I found it near impossible to keep track.

I just really liked how it played out, how the story advanced and was structured. They didn’t really hide who they had become, which is a pleasant change from most stories with people who have abilities.WP_20180215_001
