Anyone else been having issues with their contact form being used, but it not sending the emails to your email address? Driving me a bit mad. I don’t get why it not working. Anyone else had this issue? If so how did you fix it.

I had a problem with the contact form – I would get the email, but I couldn’t reply to them. I eventually just took the contact form out and put my email address in. Cut out the middle man.

yes, but no proof – don’t know how to fix, sorry, but you’re not alone in this.

The annoying thing is I can see them in all the feedback in my dashboard.

has it been more than a day? If so, contact the WP engineers (I can’t remember how to do this, but somewhere out there, they wait). Good luck.

I contacted them a day or so ago, he said everything was fine…

Send him the screen shot of the problem, and let him know it’s not fine. What I did was create a second instance (two open WPs, then click between them to see what opened and what didn’t). And then updated the browser (ended up sticking with Chrome, due to ‘less’ likelihood of these things happening).

Oh I thought mine was working but had better check it! It may be a wordpress wide problem in which case best thing to do is just report it to WordPress and they will work on a fix.
